Over the past few weeks a ten second television advert has been airing with the teasing tag line 'He's back 2009'. This advert showed a spinning disco ball hurtling towards the earth along with a link to a website - hesback2009.com. The site simply contained a form for people to enter their name, email and their guess as to who was returning in return for the chance to win £1,000.
The He's Back 2009 advert was certainly a success and has had the internet buzzing with chatter over who the mysterious person returning could possible be with names such as John Sergeant, Jonathon Ross, Mr Motivator, the new "Minder" Characters and Tony Blair all in the frame.
Those people in the know and those that dug a little deeper soon discovered the secret behind the advert and the real identity of the returning celebrity that was due to be revealed after 7.30pm on ITV1 but for those people that cannot wait that long it can now be revealed that it is no other then Foxy, the purple suited gent that fronts the excellent Foxy Bingo.
CashCade, the company behind the hugely successful Foxy Bingo site, is launching a massive £10 million advertising campaign on the 30th of this month to promote Foxy Bingo's biggest ever promotion; an awe inspiring £1 million a month giveaway. A new forty second television advert will follow on from the He’s Back 2009 teaser and will see the giant disco ball landing and opening up to reveal a disco dancing Foxy swarmed by beautiful women.
This advert will be combined with an interactive game show called The Foxy Bingo Show which will be accessed by pressing the red interactive button on the Sky remote control. This new show, described as a cross between Shooting Stars and TFI Friday, will be hosted by Rowland Rivron and include pre recorded slots called 'Behind The Sofa' with celebrity guests, a studio based competition called 'Rowland's Sock' and even surprise visits to the homes of Foxy Bingo players.
